Lets knock the teeth out of Ballot Measure 114!!
It has become clear to us that the legal structure in our state has be compromised! A supreme court filled with leftist hand picked judges that we the people have no hoping in trusting with our constitutional rights!! So I have drafted a ballot measure that will put BM114 to bed finally. It will give us relief from the constant threat to our rights by stripping the state preemption for legislative action. And will place all actions in front of the people. I plan to add another BM following this one that will make it a requirement for 51% of the registered voters to approve a ballot measure relating to firearm rights before it can become law.
